Provides evasion from the following skills with a certain probability:

* A strong beat
* powerful shot
* Mortal Strike Strong Shot
* Spirit Strike\\
* Slam - Time Management
* Power Shot - Paralysis
* Magic spear
* Mortal Strike - Dangerous Blade
* Strong Shot - Amplify Magic\\
* Slam - Wrath Strike
* Strong Shot - Sharp Blade
* Magic Spear - Elemental Fury
* Power Shot - Arrow of Vengeance
* Mortal Strike - Death Strike

In total, there are 10 grades of runes of perfect evasion, the higher the grade of the rune, the higher the chance of dodging.
