When a character dies at the hands of other characters, in almost all locations outside the settlement, 4% experience points are lost and with some chance it can lose from 1 to 7 items.
When dying from monsters, the character does not lose items and experience.
With the help of death certificate lost experience can be returned.
To do this, find the Preacher, he is located in almost all major Settlements.
Do not forget that you can only recover experience for the last death
if your character died twice, then 4% will still be restored
The higher the level of the character, the more death certificates you will need.

Ward of Mars can only store 1 item regardless of the number of wards in inventory.
The reputation of the character affects the chance and number of items dropped.
The character's max rating only reduces the drop chance, it doesn't guarantee that items won't drop.
Also in the game store you can buy a talisman of Mars , with some chance it can save 1 item from falling out upon death.
