Platinum Premium Card, purchased in the game store or can be obtained as a reward for some tasks. To use it, after receiving it, go to the "premium" section in the character's inventory and double-click on the icon with the left mouse button. After activation, you will be able to monitor the expiration date in the "temporary effects" window, which opens when you press the "E" button

From now on, you can open a dialogue with the NPC

This store allows you to quickly restore health for silver, as well as purchase items at a small discount.
