# <Премиум-сервис> Assistant
Assistant
In almost any city you can find a Premium service, this is a special NPC that allows you to use additional privileges.
Access to this NPC is carried out using Premium Service Ticket, purchased in the game store, or can be obtained as a reward for some tasks. Also, this item is issued in gifts for the level.
To use it, after receiving it, go to the "premium" section in the character's inventory and double-click on the icon with the left mouse button.
After activation, you will be able to monitor the expiration date in the "temporary effects" window, which opens when you press the "E" button
From the moment you activate the premium service, your character receives a buff to the character experience of 100% of the base server experience (additional character effects are not multiplied)
From now on, you can open a dialogue with the NPC
Omnipotence will grant the buff "[Colfort's Majesty](/en/introduction-to-the-game/effekty/polozhitelnye-effetky/velichie-kolforta.md)" for 60 minutes
