When dying from monsters, the character does not lose items and experience.

if your character died twice, then 4% will still be restored

Also in the game store you can buy a talisman of Mars , with some chance it can save 1 item from falling out upon death.

Ward of Mars can only store 1 item regardless of the number of wards in inventory.

The reputation of the character affects the chance and number of items dropped.

The character's max rating only reduces the drop chance, it doesn't guarantee that items won't drop.
